Terms of Service



Prices
All prices are per day for two people in an apartment. It includes accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, final cleaning and all taxes and charges. To be charged separately: e.g. Bread rolls (the service is free).

pay
You can pay with cash or in advance by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 09:30.

booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon sending the booking confirmation. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation conditions (inter alia according to Art. 1382 ZGB)
 The cancellation up to 3 months before arrival is free. Up to 3 weeks before arrival we charge 3 nights. Within the last 3 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price.
In case of early arrival or departure, the full price of the apartment will be charged.
Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday. Thanks.

The data you collect will be used for the following purpose: Archiving in the company to contact you.
