Our prices 2024

The prices are per apartment for two persons.

 

In case you do not want to get any further each additional person:

​

0-2 years:           free;

2-14 years:       10,00 €;

over 14 years:  20,00 €;

Dogs:                 12,00 €.

Tourist tax: Local tax revenues are used to develop and maintain infrastructure and services, and to organize cultural and sporting events. The local tax is collected per guest per night from the tourist accommodation. The amount of this municipal tax depends on the category of the business. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the levy. The local tax is due at departure and is shown separately in the invoice. In our company "Untersteinhof" the tax is 2,10 €.

  • Free wireless internet connection.

 

  • Daily bread service (except on Sundays and public holidays).

 

  • We are happy to provide on request a cot and high chair free of charge.

 

  • The use of towels, tea towels and bed linen is included in the price as well as final cleaning, water, electricity, taxes and duties.

 

  • Included in the price: Overnight in the hay.

 

  • Barbecue in the garden.

  • Guided tour on the farm.

  • Guetstbook.

 

  • Dogs are allowed by arrangement and a small fee (€ 12.00 per day).

 

  • We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the house.

 

  • Arrival and departure: the apartments are free on your arrival from 14.00 clock. You are also welcome to arrive earlier and leave your luggage with us in the meantime. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the premises by 9.30 am

 

  • Pick-up service: on arrival and departure we pick you up and bring you to the nearest public transport.

 

  • You are welcome to pay by cash or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions (inter alia according to Art. 1382 ZGB)
The cancellation up to 3 months before arrival is free. Up to 3 weeks before arrival we charge 3 nights. Within the last 3 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price.
In case of early arrival or departure, the full price of the apartment will be charged.
Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday. Thanks.
